By enrolling in the research program conducted by Rojina Pharmavate Research, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Mode of Attendance

All classes, meetings, and project-related activities are conducted online only. Physical attendance is not required.

2. Nature of the Program

This is not solely a training program. Participants will actively work on a real research project, which will be prepared and submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.
Comprehensive training, continuous supervision, necessary software access, and research resources will be provided throughout the project duration.

3. Eligibility

No prior research experience is required. Freshers and beginners are welcome, provided they are willing to actively participate and learn.

4. Academic & Workload Support

The program is designed to be manageable alongside academic studies or professional employment. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance, ensuring the process does not become an excessive burden.

5. Working Professionals

Employed individuals may join the program. Sessions are usually held on weekends or during evening hours, with schedules adjusted to participants’ availability whenever possible.

6. Authorship Policy

Paid or guaranteed authorship is strictly prohibited.
Authorship is awarded solely based on meaningful intellectual contribution and active involvement in the research process. According to the ICMJE guidelines
